Bird Rescue- after humans hurt fauna

Senseless human activities/rituals hurt the fauna

Since when have we human beings become so heartless? Our requests have time and again fell on deaf ears. Kite flying endangers the lives of the birds. This mighty Tawny Eagle met with a bad fate in a similar incident of kite flying. The Eagle was treated on its injured wing. Despite a fast recovery, the Eagle was unfortunately crippled forever post surgery. She stayed with us for 6 months and died thereafter. Due to lack of bird hospitals and aviaries in India, a number of birds see a sad end.

The Tawny Eagle (Aquila Rapax) is a large bird of prey which feeds on small mammals or reptiles. The magnificent bird's wind spread ranges from 159 to 190 cm

We request a limit to kite flying as they not only put the birds to danger, but run the risk of infringing on the airspace of low flying air crafts and electric power lines. Safety is in your hands. Help save lives. Fauna Police is trying its best to conserve the fauna and rescue the needy. We hope we succeed with plenty of aeries and hospitals in future.
